Concept scheme for the redevelopment of a green belt site along the A20, the site would benefit from a new sporting arena and Hotel use, together with additional commercial and residential units.
The new sporting stadium will accommodate FIFA football ground and seating for 6000 spectators, Hotel for 100 rooms, Gym, Swimming pool and a conference facilities.
