A vernacular architecture based on the North Weald was used to model the homes, giving each of the three houses their individualality . The four bedroom houses respond positively to the local site conditions and enhance the area. It is proposed that traditional sash windows and detailing is used in construction. Allowing the developer to produce a high quality product that still maximises this tricky sites potential.
