A refurbishment project of 5 properties to create 23 self contained flats. Developed in association with Islington Councils environmental department and policies for sustainability. Designed to minimum energy wastage with ‘intelligent’ readers for both power and lighting when premises are not occupied. Water management and controlled wastage by localised design on demand.
