Rushworth Street

A refurbishment contract to provide 18 supported bed spaces for the homeless with associated support facilities, including medical and life skills resource centres. The contract was let traditionally and was undertaken in phases to ensure the hostel remained fully operational throughout the construction phase to ensure minimal disruption to its end users. The project was completed on time and to budget.
