Open Architecture developed this scheme on a site with an existing consent for 40 residential units. With the acquisition of adjacent land, the excellent town centre location inspired this response. The decision to adopt a high rise approach is a reflection for our vision for environmentally responsible development, maximising the potential of central locations.
