Surrey Quays

Open Architecture obtained planning consent on this brown field site, across from London Docklands for this new build. A mixed use development comprising of 88 luxury aprtments and associated commercial space.

Having since been novated, we are currently acting as the contractor's Architect on this Design and Build project.
