We have received planning approval for a first-floor side extension, part garage and loft conversion by Sevenoaks District Council in Sevenoaks.

The garage conversion creates a new side entrance leading to a utility and boot room. On the first floor, the master bedroom is relocated into the new side extension as well as a rejigged ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The old master bedroom will become a home gym and family bathroom. The loft conversion will accommodate a cinema, study and WC. On the landing, we have proposed a bar, ideal for storing refreshments for film night!
