We are thrilled to have received planning approval from Sevenoaks District Council to replace a single storey barn with a single dwelling. Historically the area is farmstead and there are several remaining agricultural buildings, including our clients barn. We considered converting the barn, but the structure is in such a poor state and unfortunately beyond repair.

The new building will be constructed from an oak frame and laid out to allow for an open plan kitchen, dining area with views and access to a patio area. The new build will also have a master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, one further bedroom, bathroom and utility.

The new dwelling will take on the look and feel of the existing barn with a slate roof, timber cladding and black aluminum frame windows.
