The Royal Borough of Greenwich has approved the construction of a single-storey rear extension, first-floor extension, garage conversion, and front infill to the property. Approval has also been granted for a single-storey rear extension, first-floor extension, and front infill to the neighbouring property, together with rear landscaping and associated external works to both properties that are in the Blackheath Park Conservation Area.
