Successful planning permission was secured for the demolition of the existing conservatory and the construction of a single-storey rear extension, a two-storey side extension, a partial garage conversion, and a new feature entrance.

The architectural design was intentionally sympathetic to its historic context, drawing inspiration from the character and vernacular of the surrounding area.
