We have recently been granted planning permission to build both a rear and first floor extension, a loft conversion and to create a new pool enclosure for a detached property in Sevenoaks. The proposal which was approved by Sevenoaks District Council, will see the rear extension connect to a new pool house via a new internal steps. Currently the garden is at different levels which are disjointed and need attention.  To resolve this, our scheme includes steps which lead to a new patio area and also to the main garden, allowing the outside space to be much more family friendly.

Upstairs, there will be two extra rooms and a bathroom which will not only offer this family much needed space but aesthetically improve the design of the roof. And finally, up another level, the loft will be converted into an office space, allowing the owners a quiet space work from home.
