Garages are perfect in offering that additional space which most families not just crave but need! And this was the case for our clients who needed a home for all their bikes and garden equipment. We have received planning approval from Sevenoaks District Council to create a simple rectangle structure with a single garage door for access and improved security. As well as providing storage, there is room for a car park space if necessary. A side door has been introduced for the household to access the garage from the side of the house too.
