Sevenoaks District Council has granted planning permission for the proposed erection of part single, part double rear extension of this private residential property. 

This included accompanying internal alterations and a loft conversion with addition of two dormers to front roof slope and two dormers to the rear roof slope.

The materials will largely remain brick with white render to the ground floor extension. The proposal has been designed to create a series of well-connected spaces for a growing family both inside and out
