We are thrilled to have received planning approval to create a first-floor extension over an existing garage in central Sevenoaks.

Currently above the garage sits a shed and a log store but these will both be replaced with a fantastic new studio which will be used as a home office and an extra bedroom for visiting family. The new extension will have a flat roof with photovoltaic panels to provide a source of renewable energy to the building. It will have bi-folding doors to link to a newly landscaped garden as well as connecting to the main house.

This planning approval is the final piece of the puzzle for our client. A few months ago, they received planning approval for a double storey extension and internal alterations and now that they have the green light for their studio, this family will be able to create a home for life.
