The architectural design is a modern and crisp style, with rich brickwork walls in a Flemish bond, deep reveals and a stepped façade profile with high quality aluminium windows. The use of zinc cladding and a green sedum is used at the roof levels.
This Planning Approval will provide a significant betterment in the area and is a much needed boost for the historic Pantiles area.
